Who Attends? HFPC 2026 will bring together many attendees, including behavioral health providers, peer specialists, substance use disorder counselors, social workers, psychologists, nurses, and other health professionals. Attendees will also include people with lived experience; housing providers, housing developers, housing specialists, and property managers; researchers; policymakers; funders; representatives from the local business community, municipal, state, and federal government, and faith communities; and students, interns, and others just getting started in Housing First.

At past conferences, participants have come from across the United States and Canada, as well as from Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. The conference has grown over the years, and we expect to have in San Francisco at least as many as the 1,100 people from 450 organizations we had in Atlanta in 2024. The conference has grown over the years, and in San Francisco, we’re gearing up to match—or even surpass—the incredible turnout we saw in Atlanta in 2024, where 1,100 attendees from 450 organizations joined us.
