Local Program Informational Tour

HFPC 2026 will offer a limited number of opportunities to visit selected supportive housing programs and a family shelter in San Francisco, all located within an 12-minute walk from the conference venue. These informational tours will take place from 3:45 pm - 5:15 pm on Monday, May 11 and Tuesday, May 12 for a fee of $20 per person.  ‍ ‍

Participants must pre-register and pay the $20 fee to reserve a spot.   All fees will be donated directly to the local provider host.  ‍ ‍

Ticket sales will open on April 14, 2026. Registered attendees should watch their email closely for signup instructions. Space is extremely limited and once capacity is reached, registration will close.‍ ‍


L O G I S T I C S

  • Tickets must be purchased in advance at $20 per person. Each registrant is limited to one ticket.‍ ‍

  • Each ticket is valid only for the date, time, and program site selected. ‍ ‍

  • Three (3) informational tours will take place simultaneously on Monday, May 11 and four (4) on Tuesday, May 12 from 3:45 pm to 5:15 pm. Each tour has limited capacity based on the hosting program’s site restrictions.‍ ‍

  • Tours last approximately one (1) hour, from start to finish. ‍ ‍

  • Meeting Place: Ticket holders will gather at 3:30 PM. The specific meeting location will be shared via email as the conference approaches. Tours will depart promptly at 3:45 pm. Please arrive on time. Tours will not be held for late arrivals.‍ ‍

  • Because these programs are active service environments, punctuality is essential. Tours will begin and end on schedule, and late arrivals cannot be accommodated.‍

  • All tour participants are required to wear their HFPC conference badge during the tour for identification purposes.

Please be respectful of the hosting program staff, residents, and the daily operations of each site. Tours will follow a structured route and timeline; participants are expected to stay with their group at all times and avoid disrupting program activities. ‍ ‍

Out of respect for privacy and confidentiality, participants may not photograph residents, staff, or program areas unless explicitly permitted by the host organization and may be required to sign a HIPAA/PHI privacy document as part of the tour process.‍ ‍
