*Payment must be made in USD by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), or by cheque (payable to “DESC/HFPC 2020”). Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received in full. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted. Any bank charges incurred (including any credit card charge-backs for challenged registrations) must be paid by the sender/attendee and not the Conference. Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration.
Online registration closes at midnight on March 2, 2020.
HFPC 2020 will send via e-mail a confirmation of conference registration and acknowledgement of payment once full payment has been received and processed.
Online registrations with credit card payments are processed and confirmed immediately by e-mail.
Cancellations must be received in writing or via email to Alice Smart at Alice.Smart@horizonmeetings.com. If cancellation is requested before January 23, 2020, you will receive a full refund, minus a $50 per-person administrative processing fee. Between January 23 and February 24, 2020, you will receive a 50% refund, minus a $50 per-person administrative processing fee. No refunds will be issued for registrations received after February 24, 2020, 11:59 pm (midnight) EDT. Registrants who are no-shows for the conference will not receive a refund.
