GROUP DISCOUNT: Organizations registering for 4 or more full conference registrations are eligible to receive a 10% discount. Please note this does not apply to complimentary registration categories and can not be used in conjunction with any other discounts. The first person registered will be the Group Administrator. As the Group Administrator, this person will have the sole ability to pay the group balance, register another person to the group, and change the group leader to someone else in the group. Please email Alice.Smart@horizonmeetings.com to avail of group discount and how to complete a registration online.
PROVIDER DISCOUNT: A limited number of discounted registrations will be available for front-line workers in direct service agencies. If you are interested in receiving a provider discount, please fill out this form and send it to Paula Sasser at email@example.com.
STUDENT DISCOUNT: A small number of student registrations are available. To qualify for the student rate, the student registration must be received and paid by no later than March 19, 2018. Students must provide proof of full-time registration as an undergraduate, Masters or PhD student at any university or college in a program related to homelessness. For more information, contact Paula Sasser at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All attendees are responsible for arranging their own hotel accommodations.
*Payment must be made in USD by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), or by cheque (payable to “DESC/HFPC 2018”). To be eligible for the early bird registration fee, payment must be received no later than February 5, 2018. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received in full. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted. Any bank charges incurred (including any credit card charge-backs for challenged registrations) must be paid by the sender/attendee and not the Conference. Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration.
Online registration closes at midnight on March 19, 2018.
HFPC 2018 will send via e-mail a confirmation of conference registration and acknowledgement of payment once full payment has been received and processed.
Online registrations with credit card payments are processed and confirmed immediately by e-mail.
Cancellations must be received in writing or via email to Alice Smart at Alice.Smart@horizonmeetings.com. If cancellation is requested before February 26, 2018, you will receive a full refund, minus a $50 per-person administrative processing fee. Between February 26 and March 26, 2018, you will receive a 50% refund, minus a $50 per-person administrative processing fee. No refunds will be issued for registrations received after March 26, 2018, 11:59 pm (midnight) EDT. Registrants who are no-shows for the conference will not receive a refund.

Participants in HFPC qualify for a special group rate of $199 (single/double occupancy) per night. There are a limited number of rooms available as well at the Federal Per Diem rate.
